Listen, it is no mistake that L.ive S.tyle D.octrine is analogous to LSD and drugs of that nomenclature as we both are designed to destroy, rebuild and expand the boundaries of your narrow mind. That having been said, I too have my own safe places and, in my elitist Brooklyn, New York O.G. comfort zone, I am not completely sold on the Colette x Timberland Limited Edition 6 Inch Construction Boot.

The signature Colette powder blue on the ankle padding and laces of a classic pair of "Cheese" Timbs feels wrong my G, but, the distressed "I-work-part-time-on-an-oil-rig" looking toe box and heel kind of work for me. Go figure. Under the right conditions, maybe I really could fuxs with these joints. While I have no problemo sacrificing Hipsters @ the alter of exclusivity, I do so with a profound respect and appreciation for true style - it's called integrity ... get Y.O.U. some.

Cartier Gets Robbed By Pink Panthers! WTF?!

Cartier may be known for its "Love" collection of jewelry, but it got no love from three armed jewel thieves who robbed its Cannes, France boutique yesterday morning... in broad daylight. When contacted regarding the incident, Cartier had "no comment."

Dressed in Hawaiian shirts, the thieves hauled off close to $20.9 million in jewels before fleeing the crime scene on scooters, Telegraph UK reports. French police are investigating whether the robbery was the work of the notorious Pink Panthers gang that has been responsible for several jewelry heists throughout Europe recently.

The gang -- believed to include "200 war-hardened members from across the former Yugoslavia" -- previously struck in August 2005. They also wore floral tourist shirts when robbing Julian jewelers in Saint-Tropez, according to the Telegraph.

Police don't think the Cartier robbery is linked to the Harry Winston heist last year in Paris where robbers dressed in drag made off with $118 million worth of jewelry before most of the stolen baubles were recovered in a sting operation last month. Those robbers were thought to be locals.ade their getaway by boat. The gang is thought to be a loose network of maybe 200 or so people which has made attempts at capture difficult for law enforcement.

The LOLA New York Gallery Show Is On The Road To South Hampton For Summer Oh-9!

LOLA New York is proud to announce the opening of The LOLA Gallery at 85 Jobs Lane in Southampton, New York. The 3,000 square foot gallery is located across from Agawam Park in the heart of the historic village.

The opening reception will be Saturday, July 18th from 5 to 8pm. Complimentary refreshments will be served. The show will run through August 1st.

The first showing at the gallery will feature the photography from the online art collective HideoutGallery.com which will be launching Saturday in conjunction with the show. The selected artists are Kareem Black, Chad Griffith, Emily Schur, & Matthew Salacuse.

The second show will feature the works of Tim Barber and will open Saturday, August 8th. More details will be announced Monday July 27th.

The LOLA Gallery will also feature limited edition hand-made LOLA shirts, Downtown STATionary card and booklets, TV Books, limited art books, and Max&Suzanne summer 2009 wear.
