The 2012 Ferrari FF "Fastback" = A Perfect "Prancing Stallion" For Mom x Dad!

"200 mph Ferrari FF four seater to debut at Geneva Motor Show

I keep looking at the photos of this new Ferrari and am thinking: "this can't be real?" A Ferrari with seating for more than 2 and also four wheel drive?

It is real though and there is a V12 under the hood my fellow petrol heads so don't think for one minute this Prancing Horse can't tear up the tarmac.

Called the Ferrari FF it is the first Ferrari with four wheel drive and a V12. More specifically the V12 is good for 651 horsepower (no that is not a typo) and 504 lb ft of torque. When rang out to the top speed all occupants of this Ferrari can experience speeds over 200 mph at 208. The zero to sixty is healthy too with the speed ringing in at 3.7 seconds according to Ferrari.

With other brands like Porsche offering a four seat super car, and Lamborghini on the way with one as well, it was a no brainer for Ferrari to step into this car category. Now I am just wondering when the Ferrari SUV will be confirmed? If you did not know there is already a Maserati SUV in the works!

As much as it is a departure from traditional Ferrari , there is no doubt this car is a performer. I want to drive from Milan to Naples , Italy. One can always dream though...

The Ferrari will amaze the public first at the Geneva Motor Show coming up soon."

CHRIS LIVE AKA SHAKER SAYS: Long the toast of young men and women whom actually DID plan their parenthood roles, the decidedly chaste hatchback has finally received a sleek and sexy makeover courtesy of the masters of luxury sports car innovation @ Ferrari.

The 2012 Ferrari FF (NOTE: Ferrari Four) "fastback" (NOTE: Yes, the hyperbole DOES have to match the lofty ambitions of this bold new automobile as well ... lol) is a V12 all wheel drive monster that does NOT quite look the part. I mean, when was the last time that Y.O.U. saw a soccer mom of means straddling a 651 horsepower pumping engine 4-seater and topping out @ 208 mph on her way to pick up Becky from practice? Huh? Exactly. Good shit!

The Limited Edition MCM x TI$A Varsity Jacket = May Induce Bouts Of Hysterial Flyness!

View The eBay Auction Online Here (WARNING: Please, For Your Own Safety, Do NOT Stare Directly @ The Jacket): eBay.Com

CHRIS LIVE AKA SHAKER SAYS: Although this is NOT a brand spanking new item, this über limited edition MCM and TI$A (NOTE: "TI$A" is the affectionately self-aggrandizing acronym "T.az I.s $.o A.rnold". Awwwwwwww) luxe letterman has quickly become the current Granny Smith apple of my ever discerning fashion eye! As the proud owner of various heroin chic varsity jackets I have been looking for new prospects through which to channel my personal "formal basketball player/full-time hustler" aesthetic to the masses. I think that I've found a winner! Well, almost.

While immediately smitten with this cognac leather sleeved beauty and it's clever blending of past and present to update the once mighty M.ichael C.romer M.unchen brand and reinvigorate its iconic initialed logo, the $2,699.99 "Buy It Now" price tag on this eBay auction is a little out of order homie. Taz Arnold has made quite a name for himself peddling thrift store finds @ excessive premiums to gullible Hipsters and feckless Retrosexuals with seemingly bottomless wallets ... and that's cool. I'm just not the 1, the 2 or the 3rd ... lol.

Never fear, I have my ways of circumventing predatory price mark ups. Livestyle friend and my-brother-from-another-mother, Curt@!n$, certainly has a plug to Taz, TI$A and ALL other parties involved with this brilliant collabo and his services will be enlisted. Real rap, I'm down to drop like a stack cash on this bad boy. Feel me? Holla @ ya boy in BK!

Jay-Z x Kanye West Set To Drop "H.A.M." 1/11/11 = This Swine Had Better Be Divine!

CHRIS LIVE AKA SHAKER SAYS: This had better be good! Don't think that I forgot about that bullSTUFF "That's My Bitch" that dropped a few months back. Smh. Stop playing.

The New York Times Presents: The Brooklyn Circus (BKc) = The Revolution Will Be Editiorialized.

"Up Close
The Bearded Dandy of Brooklyn

By ALEX WILLIAMS
Published: January 4, 2011

OUIGI THEODORE, the founder of the Brooklyn Circus, a retro-urban fashion boutique and label, has heard it all before: dandy, preppy, Anglophile, fop. Still, he was flummoxed when a customer walked into his boutique a year ago, took one look at the bow ties and straw boaters for sale, and declared it the height of “steampunk.”

Mr. Theodore, 35, had to Google the word to find out that it referred to a neo-Victorian style built around gas-lamp-era suits, starched collars and gold watch fobs.

“It’s a mix of old and new, so I guess that’s the comparison,” he said as he took a break from chatting up customers in his boutique on a recent Friday. He wore a pair of Mark McNairy red-and-black wool trousers and a newsboy cap, accessorized with a Balinese scarf, silver Navajo rings and a camouflage German military jacket. The look was Jelly Roll Morton, channeling Hendrix.

Whatever you call it, Mr. Theodore has cultivated a unique style that has won him applause not only among the fashion pundits of Brooklyn, but also from streetwise fans as far away as Europe and Japan.

His fashion quest, besides making a buck, is to elevate a side of black urban culture that goes beyond the baggy jeans and sneakers that still define hip-hop. “Our goal is to refine the image of urban America,” Mr. Theodore said. “My dream is to see guys hanging on the corner in suits.”

He’s making strides. The original Brooklyn Circus store, which opened in Boerum Hill in 2006, has become a must-go for tourists in skinny jeans from places like Seoul, Berlin and Johannesburg.

Since then, he’s opened a second shop in San Francisco; a store-within-a-store at Sir & Madame in Chicago; and a pop-up shop in Stockholm. He also sells to 25 specialty shops in Japan. And the man behind the brand? He has become a recognizable figure on the streets of Brooklyn and has established himself as something of a trend forecaster for advertising and marketing companies looking for what’s next. Mr. Theodore has consulted on campaigns for Hennessy, Toyota and Casio G-Shock, he said. And last spring, he was a featured speaker at the PSFK Conference, a trend-forecasting summit in New York.

Whatever the setting, his message remains the same: open your mind about what youth-oriented black street fashion can be."

CHRIS LIVE AKA SHAKER SAYS: A lot has changed since my GODbrother, the infamous S.B., introduced me to Quigi some 10 years ago. Ramsey Racing transitioned from clandestine party promoters to become Brooklyn Circus - a brand that is now rapidly revolutionizing the way that America views the corner store couture ethos that we abide by here @ Livestyle.

Recently, preeminent newspaper of record, The New York Times, caught up with the popular traveling fashion hippodrome to chronicle this lifestyle company's unique bi-coastal gone global panache. The revolution may NOT be televised, but it will be editorialized ... lol. Brooklyn does it again!

CHRIS LIVE AKA SHAKER SAYS: Although neither I nor my brother Niketown have any children of our own yet, thanks to many of our more promiscuous friends (LOL. I keed. I keed.) we both have a number of beautiful nephews and nieces (NOTE: As well as GOD children) to mold in our spectacular images and further indoctrinate into this Livestyle thing of ours. Not that the influence is completely 1 sided. Take this post for instance - the proof is in the footing ... lol.

Our niece Madison Jean is coming into her own as a 7 year old fashionista who, much to the chagrin of her father whom would much prefer that his progeny sport Air Jordans all day, is head over heels in L.O.V.E. with ALL things Hello Kitty®. This entry is dedicated to her and all of the official Livestyle Ladies that aint afraid to indulge their inner child and drop a few dollars on a piece from the über Limited Edition Sanrio and Dr. Martens 50th Anniversary Collaboration Collection.

What Y.O.U. see is what Y.O.U. get - from the Sailor Moon looking white body, blue bottom and red bow festooned Hello Kitty® boot to the all-star Sanrio boot. I don't much care for the Mary-Jane's ... sorry kids.

I can already picture these classic 1460 8-eyes shit kickers on a fashion forward fly girl ... her painted on Stitch's jeans cuffed ever so slightly to give a wink to her more playful side. I'm a sucker for subtle style references. Brains, beauty AND exclusive boots! How could Y.O.U. go wrong lil lady? LOL. Holla @ ya boy in BK!

In 50 Hours: 41 Shot & 4 Killed In Chicago.

April 2, 2010 (CHICAGO) (WLS) -- Violence has erupted in Chicago, and police say they are mobilizing to try to contain it. More than 40 people have been shot in just over two days. Four of those people died.

The shootings began late Thursday night and stretched into Friday evening.

"Between March 31st and 2 a.m. this morning -- in 50 hours-- 41 people have been shot in 31 incidents, including four homicides," Chicago police Supt. Jody Weis said during a news conference Friday.

Thursday night saw a rash of at least seven shootings within two hours. The most brazen violence occurred as police, some of them heavily armed, responded to an earlier shooting nearby.

"If someone is going to fire weapons in the vicinity of three dozen officers armed, in uniform, the question I have to ask is, 'What will they do when we're not here?'" Weis said .

Weis said that shooting and two earlier events all appear to be related.

"We have very promising leads on the individuals who were engaged in last night's activities," Weis said.

As Weis addressed the media at the corner of 66th Stand Marshfield Friday -- specifically talking about how police are going to respond to the recent uptick in violence-- someone started yelling that another shooting had just taken place.

Just four blocks from where members of the media were assembled , a man in his 20s was shot in the head inside his vehicle.

"We've got the kids right here riding their bikes around, and for somebody to come down and shoot someone, this is no safe environment for kids to be around," one area resident told ABC7 Chicago.

The series of shootings began Thursday night at approximately 10:54 p.m., and within an hour, at least two more shootings occurred within blocks of each other. A 30-year-old man died on South Paulina, and a 27-year-old was shot and killed in the Bronzeville neighborhood. Those incidents were followed by a shootout in the Englewood neighborhood and another at 112th Street.

Some of the chaos overnight was caught on camera by videojournalist Ken Herzlich. Police had responded to the shooting of four people near 66th St. and Marshfield Ave., apparently an extension of gang violence. Herzlich recorded police scrambling for cover as gunshots rang out nearby.

"I was amazed," said Herzlich. "I couldn't believe that somebody would have the audacity to do that given the presence of the amount of police officers that were there at the time."

The shots were fired into a crowd. A woman suffered a graze wound to the head, and a man was hit in the lower back. Neither was seriously injured.

"I continually ask the community, if you know anything, please, I beg of you, call us and let us know," Weis said.

Weis said the two shootings on Marshfield were connected to a gang-related shooting nearby. Six people are being questioned, but no one had been charged Friday night.

A gulf of mistrust remains between many Englewood residents and police, but no one has an explanation for the rash of shootings. Residents say, unfortunately, similar incidents --while tragic-- are neither shocking, nor surprising, not in Englewood.

"It's something you come to expect around here. So, on a hot day, don't get too far from your house so when the shots start, you can run. Really. Always, around here, somebody is going to want revenge," a neighbor said.

At the Friday news conference, Weis outlined a number of strategies to combat the violence, including an immediate increase of uniformed officers on the streets in ' hot spots' as part of a saturation policy.

Weis also said police are going to target illegal parties with renewed force because many of them result in violence.

The First Lady Of LiveStyle Says: Please excuse my French, but fuckery like this really gets under my skin. Not just because of the extremity of what occured but because this is MY city that these incompetent dumbfucks are running around in. My FAMILY eats, breathes, and sleeps in these streets! While I'm not a fan of Chicago Police, my mother is a devoted officer in one of our worst neighborhoods, Englewood. I have no choice but to respect what she does for the sake of OUR city. It's not just her job, it's her LIFE that's at risk. I'm in utter shock at the fact that these idiots not only had the audacity to pull triggers around cops, but in a place that WE call HOME. Granted we may never be able to completely #StopTheViolence but at least we can make an effort to prevent it. Do better kids. Shit is real.

Signing Off...

The Clipse's "Till The Casket Drops" Gets L.O.V.E. On ABC World News Now AKA Not All Looks Are Created Equal ... Suckaaaaaaaaaas!

CHRIS LIVE AKA SHAKER SAYS: Yes, of course, your standard Hip Hop press circuit is an essential part of any well balanced rap ready media blitz, but, securing a look on ABC World News Now is some other shit (so what if the show only airs @ like 3AM EST? LOL.) ... especially if your name isn't 50 Cent, Eminem or Jay-Z. Salute to The Clipse. Niiiiiiiiiiice.
