So what does everyone think of the Botkier Metallic Large Jackie Hobo? Personally, I find this bag to be very appealing. Snake-embossed leather has been teamed-up with a gorgeous pewter color. The combination brings me feelings of delight, although I can’t really explain why. I also like the clever zippered gusset on the side. Troublesome sweater you don’t want to wear or carry anymore? A quick zip of the gusset will give you the extra room you need to store your sweater inside your bag. I can definitely see where this would come in handy as the holiday season rolls around.

CHRIS LIVE AKA SHAKER SAYS: The Botkier narrative is a feel good story for the fashion ages ... lol. Ok, while I am totally guilty of engaging in copious amounts of hyperbole, please hear me out.
SCENE: Monica Botkier is a well respected fashion photographer with an affinity for fine leather scraps which she collects and uses as elaborate covers for her portfolios. In a fit of unprecedented design inspiration, she hurriedly sketches a bag that came to her in a dream, commissions it's construction from leather bits strewn about her abode and, upon completion, wears her 1-of-a-kind custom bags to her day job where awestruck models and fashion editors alike beg Ms. Botkier to take their orders so that they too may dangle a souvenir of her brilliance from their skinny arms. (NOTE: Some aspects of this story have been embellished for dramatic effect ... lol.)
Anyway, today, Botkier is fast becoming a name that is recognized as a paragon of style and functionality. This Botkier Metallic Large "Jackie" Hobo bag is on some "I know what the fuck I'm doing" shit ... lol. In my not-so-humble estimation, the key to making a "statement" when dressing and accessorizing is to strike a balance whereby Y.O.U. are able to command attention without desperately whoring yourself out for it.
True, the exotic snakeskin on this particular model (although also available in yellow and/or black "pebble" grain leathers) screams, "P.E.T.A., come and throw a can of red paint on me!", but the short strap, expandable side feature and the multi-pocket interior allows Y.O.U. to reach for your stungun/pepper spray or, if Y.O.U. are the perfect blend of champagne and "Hen" (READ: "hood" and classy), your .25 so Y.O.U. can retaliate in style ... lol. Don't wait for some rapper to namedrop the Botkier brand, cop 1 of these bags NOW! Livestyle wouldn't steer Y.O.U. wrong ma. Holla @ ya boy in BK!
