CHRIS LIVE AKA SHAKER SAYS: Today, we can all take a national refresher course on selflessness. Regardless of political party affiliation and/or opinion of our country's seemingly endless on going wars, it is imperative that we reflect upon all those who have served and continue to serve this great nation. Yes, make no mistake, for all of America's follies and out right bullshit colonialistic policies, this is still the greatest nation on GOD's green Earth (Disagree? Speak to the tons of immigrants who come to these shores after fleeing starkly horrific regimes and violent campaigns) and we owe a debt of gratitude to the service men and women of our Armed Forces whom make it so. Nice though they may be, Veterans Day is NOT about generic U.S.A. "These Colors Don't Run/Support Our Troops" bumper stickers or yellow ribbons tied around trees. No, the 11th day of the 11th month is always about truly honoring the courageous men and women whom protect our imperfect union. Thank Y.O.U. Livestyle salutes Y.O.U.!
