Heart Of The City.

CHRIS LIVE AKA SHAKER SAYS: In New York City, our premature Fall-like weather has punctuated this teary-eyed national day of mourning with an appropriate amount of dreary precipitation. Yes, 8 years ago today @ 8:46 AM our world was forever changed. No matter what conspiracy theories that Y.O.U. may harbor and/or anger towards the Bush administration's lies that Y.O.U. may have, it is important that the innocent victims who lost their lives on September 11, 2001 never be forgotten. They are not "collateral damage" ... they are people and the families and loved ones that they left behind deserve our unyielding gratitude and compassion. This will 1-day be a national holiday.

Additionally, let us not forget the First Responders who risked life and limb to tear through the jet fuel and blood soaked rubble and who, though many may have survived that ordeal, are now saddled with horrific health problems with little to no help in sight. Yeah, nearly a decade later and there is still a shamefully sparse hole where the Twin Towers once stood that can only be surpassed by the cavernous hole that has been left in the lives of so many Americans. "All gave some, but some gave all." True indeed. Livestyle salutes Y.O.U. Thank Y.O.U. GOD Bless. Peace.
