Bill Cosby's daughter speaks out

Evin Cosby can relate to criticism Sen. Barack Obama has to face about being a member of the African-American elite.
"My own people used to say to me, 'You speak like a white woman,'" said the youngest daughter of Bill and Camille Cosby at her chic new boutique, PB & Caviar, in Tribeca.
"What does that even mean, anyway? Everyone has their way of speaking and living their life. No one should be judging and assuming that because I'm black, I have to speak in that hip-hop way. That's something I prefer not to do."
Don't be fooled, ignorance does NOT only come dressed and behaving like the Ying Yang Twins. People like Evin Cosby disgust me with not only their ability to distance themselves from others of their own race, but more so their eagerness to do so.
In her Crisco© drenched, greasy self-absorbed world she believes that common casual colloquialisms are the exclusive domain of so-called "Hip Hop" Blacks and some how preclude all of us from establishing legitimate communication with the world @ large. Nevermind that Hip Hop culture is not a Black thing - it's a universal thing that all people can and do enjoy - but, besides your prep school pedigree and living off of your philandering father's last name (That's right, Bill has had a few sexual harassment suits and possibly a baby out of wedlock from an extramarital affair), what gives you any moral or social authority with regard to language practices Ms. Cosby?
People like Evin Cosby delight in proving to their White friends just how not Black they are, when, in fact, they are really just desperately trying to assuage their own self hatred and insecurities through self denial and delusion. You share NOTHING in common with Barack Obama; he was a community organizer for a community that you work so indeFATigably hard to disassociate yourself from.
Wait a minute, how did a "Hip Hop" nigga like me cobble together such an articulate and cohesive counter to such asinine bullshit? That's right fat girl, you know nothing of which you speak. Why do fat girls always try so hard anyway? Nevertheles, I am accepted worldwide by a range of amazing people based upon my own merits and race and culture have absolutely nothing to do with it. Holla @ ya boy in BK!
