Sneaker Con NYC 2010 = "More Kicks Than A Baby In A Mother's Stomach"

"The biggest swap-meet of sneaker heat and gear is back January 9th, 2010. After a successful 2009 showing, Sneaker Con is hosting another convention for NYC and Tri-State shoeheads to trade with their fellow man or to show off their latest digs. Also in attendance will be thirty vendors with serious kicks for you to get your hands on. [Last] year’s crowd rolled over a thousand deep, and this upcoming show is poised to surpass that number and pack the house. Come prepared and dressed to impress, because this convention is not for the meek.

Event Date:
January 9th, 2010
Event Location:
268 Mulberry St
New York, NY 10012"

CHRIS LIVE AKA SHAKER SAYS: In the circle of connoisseurs few things are as celebrated as the "trade convention". Open to the public, yet, truly designed for the hardcore enthusiast, such events are playgrounds for fans where the fun of chutes and ladders is replaced by the wonder of being completely surrounded by collectibles AND being met by the warm embrace of fellow fanatics. Yes, sharing is indeed caring.

So nice that they had to come back twice to satisfy your (and my ... lol) vice, Sneaker Con returns to NYC this Saturday January 9, 2010 in all of it's rare air glory. This conference of cool is for all of my O.G. sneaker snobs ... it will most definitely be worth the price of admission. That having been said, in good conscience, I must warn Y.O.U. that this expedition into Dope Country comes not without peril. Be prepared to dodge hordes of fad thirsty Trendoid hipsters (NOTE: Shindigs like this are catnip for posers) along your intrepid trek to the summit of Mount Exclusivo. Hey, you've gotta pay the cost to be the boss AND to floss on your friends. Yeah, I know Y.O.U. like the sound of that! LOL.

Oh yeah, expect there to be plenty of Lo and other vintage gear in the house @ this fashionable streetwear fete as well, so leave the "horsey" shit @ home playboy. Come and kick it correct or forever hold your peace. Don't trip, I'll show Y.O.U. how to do this son. Holla @ ya boy in BK!
