The Lafayette x DJ Clark Kent x Paulie's (Vinnie's Styles) 7th Anniversary Collabo T-Shirt For Lafayette = 3 The Fly Way.

"Lafayette recently celebrated their 7th anniversary and as usual, they have gotten together with many of the brands they stock. More details on the other collaborations will be revealed later but the first to drop are the t-shirts made in conjunction with DJ Clark Kent and Paulie's, an inhouse brand from Vinnys Styles. A simple typographic graphic is the result and the colorway draws inspiration from the previously released DJ Clark Kent sneakers. There is a black body and white body prepared each with Lafayette logo in neon green font and gray shadow screen printed on the front. Back neck features the Paulie's logo and left sleeve is printed with DJ Clark Kent logo in the same neon green and gray colorways. One more note for those who are feeling these designs is that a cap version of these looks to drop as well soon. Stay tuned for more information."

CHRIS LIVE AKA SHAKER SAYS: As my girlfriend has recently been feeding me a steady diet of HBO On Demand preserved episodes from season 2 of the hit series "True Blood", forgive me if that show's fantabulously gay character, "Lafayette" ("Yass bitches!"), instantly came to mind upon 1st seeing this shirt. I mean, I thought this was some kind of fan paraphernalia gone mainstream. Thankfully, it is not. For I would have been loath to support HBO's continued dedication to the emasculation of the Black man.

Anyway, indeed, the good news here is that this offering is actually the result of preeminent Japanese streetwear label and preferred "Land Of The Rising Sun" Hipster haberdashers, Lafayette, hopping a trans-continental flight and hooking up with Brooklyn's very own DJ Clark Kent and Paulie's (NOTE: Vinnie's Styles in-house brand) to celebrate their 7th anniversary with these special limited edition t-shirts.

Inspired by the simple yet striking colorway of an earlier sneaker collabo between Lafayette and DJ Clark Kent (NOTE: And also a perfect match for a good O.G. pair of Nike Air Max 95's) this commemorative t-shirt is available in either black or white and is emblazoned with a stylized "Lafayette" signature logo in neon green and gray shadow screen print on the front. Of course the standard Brooklyn bum rush is in full effect as well as the back neck and left sleeve prominently feature both the Paulie's and DJ Clark Kent logos respectively. Simply dope. Chop it up Hibachi style and get Y.O.U. 1 homie. Good shit!
